Q. Will my statements have a new look? 

Yes. Statements will be new and improved.

Q. Will my May statements be delayed due to the conversion? 

No. May statements will arrive within the normal delivery time frame, however due to the system upgrades at the end of May, we are mailing printed May month-end statements to all account holders free of charge, including members enrolled in E-Statements. June month-end statements will be sent by the member's chosen delivery method - printed or electronic (E-Statement).

Q. Will I be able to access old statements in the new Online and Mobile Banking Platform?

Yes. Previous statements will be posted soon. In the meantime, you can request old statements by sending a message to memberservices@pandscu.org, calling (801) 973-0575r, or by visiting the Credit Union.

To find Statements in Online/Mobile Banking, look for the "Statements and Notifications" tab in the menu.

Q. Will I need to re-enroll in e-statements? 

The first time you select "Statements and Notifications" in the new platform you may need to enroll and confirm your credentials.

Q. Will I continue to receive a separate credit card statement?

Yes. You will continue to receive a separate credit card statement. You will also continue to have access to your credit card statement through eZcardinfo.com.
