Online Bill Payment FAQ

Q. Will I be able to access Online Bill Pay during conversion? 

No. Online Bill Pay will be unavailable starting on Friday, May 22 through Monday, June 1 at 10:00 am. Please download payment history and payee information prior to that date. P&S Credit Union will have a back up copy on record if you need assistance.

Q. Will my scheduled payments in Online Bill Pay get paid?  

Yes up to May 22. Any scheduled bill payments set up for May 22nd and later have been cancelled and users will be notified. Please plan to utilize alternative forms of payment through Monday, June 1, 2020.

Q. Will my Online Bill Pay history transfer to the new Online Bill Pay system?  

No. Online Bill Pay history will not transfer to the new system.

Q. Will my scheduled payments and payees transfer to the new Online Bill Pay platform?  

No. We apologize for the inconvenience, however, users will need to re-established their payee information and payment schedules. This can take place as early as Monday, June 1, at 10:00 am.

NOTE: Previously scheduled bill-pay processing dates may now occur earlier than before. A review of all due dates and processing dates is recommended.

Q. Can I add new payees beginning June 1?  

Yes, however, new payees will need to be added through Online Banking via a desktop computer.
